Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to request a return authorization.

  Prepare Package

  Place the item in its original HYOU packaging, including all certificates and documentation provided.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid, insured shipping label provided by our team and attach it to your shipping box.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our gemologists will inspect the piece. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.
